The sad thing to me about this question is that so many people actually think that it is reasonable. I suppose it comes from listening to Rush Limbaugh blather for 3 hours a day on and on.
There is no valid comparison to the Iraq War and our entry into WWII. In WWII we declared war on a country (Japan) which had attacked us, not to mention many Asian countries, and another country (Germany) which had overrun much of Europe, and was continuing to do so.
Iraq never attacked us. None of the 9/11 hijackers were Iraqi. Saddam Hussein, while a brutal tyrant, headed a largely secular government dispised by Bin Ladin and his ilk.
We invaded Iraq based on a policy set out in The Project for the New American Century, which was formulated, surprise, surprise, before 9/11.
In other words, we were looking for an excuse, sort of like we did after the Tonkin Gulf Incident in the Vietnam War
WWII was the last (Maybe only) justifiable war the U.S. has been part of

Liberal Cause and Effect? When Truman (Demo) fired MacArthur for wanting to forge ahead into Manchuria and end the Chi-Com menace once and for all... (Russia and China were NOT ready for a nuclear confrontation back then) no Vietnam? No Cuba? No Berlin Wall? Hmmmmm....
What comes around Goes around... They are at it AGAIN...

What a great way and a perfect occasion to put this war in context.
I would like to now take a moment to tell all those serving in the armed forces that I am grateful for your sacrifice and service.

hmmmmmmm Iraq has nothing to do with 9-11, I was all for the war in Afghanistan and going after Bin Laden.. what happened to the good old days when you were attacked you actually went after the enemy.... where is Bin Laden.. what have we done that has been a retaliation against Bin Laden and Al-Quieda.. it sure as heck wasn't going to Iraq- after 9-11 the President said he will go anywhere to find Bin Laden.. and now when people call him on that.. he gives excuses why he won't go into this or that country- so yeah.. I would like to know.. what happened to the Good ol days... Japan attacked us.. we hit back harder... Al-Queida attacks us.. we invade Iraq... hmmmm

Time change in planet of apes.
The young ones were at loss with self lack of knowledge and living in misery in planet of apes.
At loss and blurr on what went wrong out there.
At loss the elders were communicating with UHF frequency while the young ones were communicating with VHF at loss and blurr with communication problems in planet of apes.
How we have to "Wind me up and let me go" to help them out in planet of apes.

On Sept 11th, we were attacked by a Saudi living in Afghanistan, so we retaliated by invading Iraq?
Conservative logic makes you wonder.
