I'm usually hugely disappointed w/ books that are turned into movies. The movie is never as good as the book for some reason. And a great deal of the time, I'm disappointed by people, for a multitude of reasons, but mostly by their inability to truly care for one another.

Waking in the morning and realising it's not the weekend and I've got to make a two hour journey to work on the train and tube line from hell... Roll on the weekend and tomorrow as I've got a day off HURRAH

Men in uniform....they have this fantastic honor and responsiblity to the world and to their job but get them in a relationship and they fall apart and can't get the job down right.
(this applies to any man that wears a uniform-cops and all)
