when is the moon closest to the earth? when it's high above, or when it's known as aharvest moon?

I have taken psychology and the freaking bozo we studied from actually teaches others that the moon is closer to the earth when it is high above, versus when it is on the horizon. Now, I should have failed this class because I refused to study any further dealing with his teachings, however I proved that his theory was a crock of **** and received an A in the class. What was this guy's name?

How many of us actually read other people's answers and rate them to effectiveness.?

What should I do?

I have a very cool English teacher, she is just wonderful. I really like her. But whenever I'm answering at her class my hands are trembling and I'm very terrified though I always get excellent grades for English.

What could be the reason for that fear and what should I do to stop my hands trembling?

Retoricle question: if Jesus was married to mary magdeline, would Christianity be different?

what i mean is, it says in the bible that when you marry someone that you become one with them. if Jesus did marry Mary Magdeline, she would be the wife of God the Son/Jesus. if this was proved to be true by the Vatican, would the Catholic faith stop worshipping/honoring Mary, the mother of Jesus and start worshiping Mary Magdeline? P.S. THIS IS ONLY A RETORICAL QUESTION, I KNOW THAT JESUS WAS NEVER MARRIED AND HAD NO KIDS. I'M JUST WONDERING WHAT YOUR VIEW ON IT IS. do you think Christianity would be different?

Wondering if BC to regulate would be a good idea or not?

Well, my husband and I are TTC for about 4 months now. So far no luck. My period is late and I've got symptoms but all the tests say no...So for now im gonna take it as just PMS. When i was younger I had regular cycles and now that I'm older (22) they aren't so regular anymore. Sometimes they are early, sometimes they are late. Sometimes I skip months. I was cleared from my ob/gyn to start trying, but my question is this...I'm sure its hard to conceive when one is normal, but would it be a good idea to discuss with my dr. and get on BC until i regulate and then TTC? Thanks for all who answer :)

Do you guys think that the archdiocese in LA should have to turn over their personel files about the priest?

who are accused of molesting children in their parishes? Should They the people in charge face criminal charges for leaving known pedifiles in positions that delt with children and who in some cases reaffend by molesting more children?
Just so you know I think that they should be. I mean I understand that they can confess and not get narked out by the preist but if a superior knows they molest then they are obligated to protect the children from it recurring and if they leave them with access then they are responsible as well. Right?

I am wondering if any of you girls have tricks for getting your eyeliner/shadow to stay on. Mine seems to disappear about 3 hours into my day .. I use quality make-up, not cheap stuff.. Any ideas??
