Yes she can easily become pregnant.
Just becasue a dog is 10 does not mean he is not fertile.
Males retain fertility much longer than females do and at 10 many males are still producing pups.

That could be a possibility just as long as his testicles had dropped already. Some dogs can reproduce as young as 6 months, but she could have gotten pregnant from another dog. She would have released a pheromone smell that could spread for a miles distance, which could have alerted a variety of male pursuers. Some dogs will dig, break, and jump over barriers just to get to a female dog that is in heat, and it doesn't even take that much time for her to get pregnant. I would just wait for her to give birth (about 64 days) until you can schedule her be spayed. Just make sure she is not in contact with the male (after giving birth) unless supervised with you from now on until she is fixed. The puppies could probably be given to respectable, caring owners once they reach 8 weeks of age. Good luck with everything.

She can become pregnant from your 10yr old dog.
If the male didn´t mate the last weeks there only will be a small litter if they only mated on time.

of course she can, at least she is still young enough. Usually its around 8 weeks until puppies are born, so if you want this to happen, thats ok, you didnt mention what breeds? If you dont want pups, you can take her to the vets for a injection to prevent this developing into pups, she will need one on the 3 rd after then another 2 days after. If it is longer, ring your vets you may still be able to have the jab. Good luck.

very easily, this sort of thing happened with my parents two dogs the male was 11 and the she was 5, because the age off the male was really old, the puppys didnt firm properly, they were dead on arrival. and the mother ate them, so fingers crossed if she is pregnant that they turn out okay, cos youll have one seriously depressed doggie if they dont!!!!!

veterain males' sperm is always working, they can produce pupies for as long as they live. But only 1 in 5 mates work successfuly, and if your dog is pregnant with a litter, the puppies may be week, as elder dogs' sperm is weak.
To be certain, go to your vet in a couple of weeks (leve it a while so the pupies can form) and ask for a tablet or injection to stop your ***** from having puppies.
Hope this helped!
