Maybe embryonic stem cell research will do some good in the future, but it is far behind the proven ADULT stem cell research, and hasn't accomplished anything yet despite years of effort and billions of dollars spent.

No I don't as this is the first election in a long time where I don't think this to be true. The same goes with the paid ads. People really got back on track with issues rather than the emotional button pushers ideas of what we care about. ie abortion, gay marriage etc. which really have nothing to do with running a government. I believe that voters from both parties got back on track and voted responsibly
