Is the above Processor a 64bit Processor?

Does above Win XP version support 64bit processing?
The laptop I'm lookin says It's MS Vista Capable. I kno Vista is a 64 bit OS. So is this a 64 bit machine?

How does running 64bit applications in this machine affect, performance wice? is it better to stick in to 32bit applications or is it really ok to go 64bit on this machine?

More specifically the batteries of cordless drills. I have a brand name one but both of the batteries it came with have lost it's ability to hold a charge. It is only about a year and a half old also. Replacement batteries are expensive! Is there a trick to revive them?

CIA had opening for assassin. After all background checks interviews were done, there were 3 finalists, 2 men, 1 woman. for the final test the cia agents took 1 of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun.
"We must know that you wil follow your instructions, no matter what the circumstances. inside this room, you will find your wife sitting in a chair, Kill her!!"
The man said, you cant be serious, i could never shoot my wife, the agent said, you're not the man for the job, take wife and go home. The 2nd man was given same instructions, he went into room, came out 5 mins later, "I tried but i cant kill my wife". The agent said you dont have what it takes, take wife, go home.
Finally, the womans turn, she was given same instructions, to kill her husband. She went in room, shots were heard, . Screaming crashing banging on walls. After a few minutes all was quiet, the woman came out sweating, "this gun is loaded with blanks, i had to beat him to death with the chair!

I'm using Win 98. When I click on a webpage contact eddress, it lanches Outlook, Eudora or Hotmail and I have to wait for this, then cut & paste the To address into my yahoo mail to send the email I want to send from my account. Tools/Internet Options/Programs doesn't let me enter another program such as yahoo - it restricts me to keying in OE, Eudora, or Hotmail. Does anyone know a way around this or have a link to a fix for this?
