Actually, "Factory Girl" by the Rolling Stones is a great song in this genre (pretty much a one-time deal, though). Also, Rod Stewart has a lot of stuff in the gaelic mandolin category "Mandolin Wind" and most ( if not all) of the album Gasolline Alley.

AKUS (Allison Krauss/Union Station) has a great
bluegrass/country sound. No mandolin, but the world's greatest doboro player is in there.
