I have a seven year old daughter and her father is in prison has been there for three years in and out of jail before that. He has never helped me with her I took him to court several times he never paid. He got into the wrong crowd. He sold drugs for a living and he has three other children and probably more that I don't know about. I was abused in every single way by this man. I would love to terminate his rights and change her last name. I don't know how to go about this, I have contacted some local lawyers here in texas but i was told that until he gets out of prison there is nothing I can do. He threatens to take her from me when he gets out What can I do? Please any legal advice would be great.

I'm trying to move out of my parent's house and would like some information from people who have moved out on their own at around age 19-20. I don't alot of money and have a stable job. I've been dieting for almost a year now and have lost 40 pounds. I've lost wieght in my butt, my thighs, and my hips, my stomach goes down too, but it's moving a whole lot slower than any other part of my body. why is it taking so long? it doesnt seem to be going anywhere, my stomach just pokes out, i almost look like i could be pregnant. because of going to school everyday, i need to put antiperspirant to my underarm to prevent my underarm in too much perspirating. But its late when i noticed that because of that my underarm gets darker! i do not know now what to put or do for it to become whiter again?!

My chihuahua gets stains under her eyes, and I'm wondering if there is any solution for them. Some groomer told me to give her organic food and bottled water. Ok. So.

I am in a show right now, and my costume didnt fit quite right. So the costumer gave me a new one, and told me it fit beautifully. When I heard this, I called the director over, saying "look! I've FINALLY found a costume that fits right!" After that, I looked down, and noticed that my dress was showing about and inch of my bra and was really low cut...it was horrible. The director is almost 40 years older than me and has a wife and kids..do you think he thought I was trying to show off my body or that I was just unaware???

I am 24 and met a woman at work about a year ago who was 35, bipolar divorced with 3 kids. I liked her a lot and thought she was a very interesting woman, we went out and had lunches together and she told me all about this guy she was seeing who was slightly older and it was all secret because he was living with his girlfriend and had been for 3 years. I thought this odd but never the less none of my business.

As the relationship progressed I got used to her odd behaviour and found it quite quirky, I also met the kids. Until something happened recently, she started sleeping with random men she had met at nightclubs and having unprotected sex, also her ex husband came back to live with her for a short while. I guess my morals were called into question and I couldn't believe how this woman could be so carefree and I didn't agree with it. Since then we have lost contact but i miss her tons, wondering if her ibipolar illness affected me slightly or whether i'm ill? opinions please

In my country, cats are considered a deliquesce. Cats are considerd some of the best meat you can eat. Americans don't know what good food is. Young cats have the most tender meat. Dont I have a right to eat cats while staying in the states. It is part of my culture....people here are so intolerant and quick to judge others, yet you slaughter cows and chickens everyday. It makes no sense.

He nearly had a stroke the other day. He went to his diabetic doc and his blood pressure was stroke level. His doc wanted to do a cat scan but he refuses. I am worried about him along with all his family. We think his liver is failing because he is so bloated..
