I was talking to Laura on Thursday morning when she said that her step dad yelled at her brother for not eating his crusts on his sandwhich, this kid is only 10 years old people, also he spoke about her real dad in a nasty way on the same night (Wednesday) by saying that he was alot better than he ever was, he used to beat her up, her older brother James and still hits John (the 10 year old) none of these kids are his, Laura's uncle now has custody over her and we are moving in together in 2 weeks today now I have raised the issue of him (the step dad) comming onto our property, James has already chased him in his car up the freeway in mandurah which is where we (me and Laura) are moving too, anyway I dont want him on our property and after seeing the above I am wondering whether Laura is able to get a restraining order on him or not? because I will chase him down the road if he comes onto our property, either that or slam the door in his face and get abusive...

so advice please guys?

I'm 5 months pregnant and have been hearing from many people that my boyfriend is cheating on me. I know who they think he is cheating with and have point blank asked him about it. He says there is nothing going on and that I'm being paranoid. I just had a gut feeling that he was lying so I checked his e-mail to see if there was anything there. I found some topless pics of the woman that she had sent him. I know that I was wrong to snoop through his e-mail and feel horrible about it. I have never done anything like that before. Now I don't know what to do. I want to come clean and tell him what I've done and after what I saw I know that I should probably end the relationship. I just don't know what to do though cause of the baby. I love him to death but I know that without trust a relationship will never work. I could justify my snooping by what I found but I know it's still not right. What should I do now??

ok well for this summer i want to be able to wear a bikini again and i have gained some wait... like i have mild love handles... and my tummy area isn't exactly toned... so i know summer's a while off.. but i want to start getting in shape... early... so what can i go to sort of tone my stomach area... lose some of the fat around my tummy area and lose my lovehandles??

Yes yes... How would you possibly be able to tell if your water broke during sex... all of a sudden a gush came out. I'm 39 weeks and have heard its fine to have sex until your water breaks... now how can we tell if its my amnotic fluid! HELP! Thanks! :)

I don't understand. Adult swim refused to air an epsiode of South Park which mocks Mohammad but yet South Park has mocked all other religions in previous episodes and those have been allowed to air. Now mocking religious figures in general isn't my cup of tea but when you mock one, like Jesus who constantly is in South Park, you should mock them all, right?

My daughter (Ann) is 5. During a conversation with a friend today, the word "sex" came up. Ann said she has done sex before. When asked what she meant she said the following: Me and Jake (7 year old boy next door), and Lisa were at Lisa's house playing house. I was mom, Jake was dad, and Lisa(also 5) was the child. Jake and Ann were lying in the bed, and Jake reached under her panties on her backside and "rubbed" her vagina. It stated to hurt, so Ann told him to stop. Jake stopped. On another occasion, Jake pulled his pants down and showed Lisa his penis. These things occurred at Lisa's house, while Lisa's parents were home and in the other room. I have called and notified the police, they said to call Social Serices in the morning and that a police report would be filed. He also suggested I speak to both Lisa's parents as well as Jake's. What do you all recommend? How would you go about doing it? Would you consider this molestation or childhood curiosity?

I used to take alot of ephedrine at least 24 a day. I now have tachycardia and i have had 1 ekg come back saying i had a heart attack and i didn't even know. is there anyone else who has experienced this or other effects from ephedra use? I would like to know how serios this could be

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who desperately needs help.
Well he is a reasonably good-looking guy with a good sense of humour, but he is still single. He has lot of friends who are girls and somehow he always tend to become their best friends, someone they tell all their secrets, fantasies, and crushes to. No, he is not gay and don't look like one.
It has happened a lot of times that these girls have fallen for all kinds of Tom-Dick-Harry, but not me, they will fall for his bestfriends, but not him. Even after they come to know that he liked them they continue their friendship with him, their boyfriends feel sorry for him and never seem to mind when these girls hang-out with him more than they do with them! He has been in love thrice now(He is 24), and all the times the girl he liked fell for his best friends. This leaves him hurt and depressed, and he is going crazy thinking about it. I don't understand that despite being so likeable and respect why he is still single?

Hong Kong is a city with relatively low tax, (compared with some other countries such as Canada, which makes perfect sense to have a free health care system)
So should citizens in Hong Kong be provided with free health care as well? Will that include Primary as well as Secondary Health Care? Should free health care be provided to tourists as well?

It has always been the HK Government's fundamental philosophy that no one will be denied adequate medical care due to lack of means. Is this practical at all, or is this just an idealistic idea?
