ok well for this summer i want to be able to wear a bikini again and i have gained some wait... like i have mild love handles... and my tummy area isn't exactly toned... so i know summer's a while off.. but i want to start getting in shape... early... so what can i go to sort of tone my stomach area... lose some of the fat around my tummy area and lose my lovehandles??

I think stick to the basics....

Exersize, eat healty, and keep up with the routine.

I wouldn't turn to diet pills or any of those fad diets out there. The only thing that works permanently is the above. But don't starve yourself or overdo exersize. Make it a part of your life. Embed it into your daily routine, along with healthy food choices. You'll reach your goal in no time. There is also a great website that you may want to look at called freeweightloss.com. It has a message board, calorie counter, etc. I turned to this web site myself to loose a few extra pounds and it's great.

You have a long while until the summer time, but I guess starting early won't harm. You should do crunches, I know how everyone hates doing crunches and sit-ups, but it's the most effect way to tone the stomach. Eventually, doing this on a routine basis will show improvements and won't seem to be as difficult anymore.

Don't be too extreme, you have a lot of time left. Doing something too soon and too fast might cause you to hurt yourself. Just remember to have a healthy diet and do your daily crunches. If your muscles on your stomach become sore the next day, take a break for a day or so.

cut out most fats and carbs, do lots of sit ups, and twisting crunches, and leg lifts

how about you stay home, wear a bikini there, then karate chop yourself for no reason whatsoever.....
