While there were many "forever laws", like the 10 Commandments, some commands were a one-time event. Does the Koran have any "one-time only" commandments in it? A lot of people like to quote the "kill all the infidels" and "don't be friends with Jews and Christians" verses, as proof of the Muslim faiths xenophobia, but are these commands time-sensitive? Are they commands for all time, or did they address a singular event in the life of Mohammed?

Well first im madly depressed why:
I have exema and everyone is moving forward with life. My friends are moving so fast with their social life because they either are cute and short,big cheas,big but,pretty face. But to me i have none of those qualities my personality sucks and i dont dress the actual girly way. im not highly smart. I've never had a boyfriend.Is this because i refuse to be lyke everyone else or is it simply because of the way i look. At first i was sad because i didnt have a boyfriend and all my friends did and thy made me go everywhere with them and hang with them and their boyfriends. I started getting depressed and started thinking deeply about the way i look and act. But than i found out that i would end up hiding my exema from my boyfriend if i had one and that would just make life difficult. But i was told that i have low self-esteem but i simply refuse to set my self up for disapointment. Am i wrong about my self or am i a wyning gurl or a girl jealous

Here 's my situation. I was married for 4 yrs and then divoirced. My ex is now living a life of leasure and has not paid any child support for his son since Nov of 2004. He is self employed as a drywaller and therefore his wages can't be garnished. I know where he lives and his phone number and FMEP won't do anything to help. He never sees or even bothers to call to check up on his son. I am still friends with his sisters and they tell me how he is buying himself a new car, his girlfriends diamond necklaces and so forth. I don't know where to turn to get help. Now I am very ill and my fiances are not as much as they used to be and any help from him would be good. His court order is only $208.oo/mth. If you are a parent you know that this amount to raise a child is nothing. He is making good money and knows his child has a life threatnig illness that requires very expensive medication each month Yet he refuses to take any responsibility. Helpful advise would be appreciated.

Thing is if Bush had let the Shiites fight the insurgents/terrorists right after the Iraqi elections (2 years ago!) he would have saved over 2500 US troops lives. But he just couldn't let Muslims (Iraqi Shiites) take credit for winning the war on terror in Iraq. Such a same.

why do some people who are on public aid keep having kid after kid instead of exercising some form of birthcontrol. i can see making one mistake but then bringing more kids into the world that you cant take care of?my neighbor was 24 and had 5 kids, her oldest was 10. one time i babysat for her and they got on my nerves so bad. i cant imagine bringing that many children in the world. i know a lack of education/ knowledge can be a culprit but exercise common sense.
