Use: When held, ups water moves a little bit... also when held by a pokemon breeding, it will make a baby version of that pokemon ONLY FOR AZURILL(for example, Magmar is breeding, while holding Sea Incense, and when you hatch the egg, out comes a magby)
To get to the Sea Incense, go right from the area where the stairs to the exit (or entrance) is, then go up. After going up, go back down and you will be in a different room than before. Now to get to the sea incense, just go up from this room. Very simple.

i think you should get a grass type pokemon such as venosaur heracross will not do it get tyranitar in your team and his last move will be hyper beam and rest will be yours choice
