My 10 yr. Reunion is this coming July. I want to lose weight and go back beautiful. I need to lose 60-70 lbs. and would like to know if
A.) Is this possible and B.) What is the best way to go about it?
I really don't want to rely on shakes/drinks/pills, I'd like it to be naturally done. I know this is going to be a lifestyle change and not a diet, but would like any ideas I can get. I know the basics of drinking water and fruits/veggies. However, the only veggies I like are carrots/celery/potatoes(which aren't great for losing weight)/corn/peas/grn. beans -- I don't really like tomato, onion, peppers etc. As far as fruits go, I like apple/orange/banana/pineapple/peaches/mandarin oranges-that's about it for that. I don't like any kind of melon at all, or most berries. I know this sort of limits things for me but I wanted you to be thoroughly informed before answering this question. Please only give serious answers. I really need help losing this weight! Thanks.
