soak them in ice cold water, and clean them with that and any kind of stain removing soap or just laundry detergetn will work if the blood has not been there long. Just remember to use cold, not hot water for any blood stains.

Blood is blood no matter what it comes out of.
Soaking in cold water with oxy-clean always works to get it out, hand scrubbing will work too. If it has already set, you may want to use R.I.T., a dye you can get at the store, and put it on the spot. At least it will cover the stain. Baking soda also works when scrubbing by hadn and in the washing machine.

ugh so sorry, that happened to me once. If you can, go in the bathroom and take your pants off. Use hand soap and wash the stained area (if you have hydragen peroxide handy, that'll work best), then dry them under the hand dryer. If nothing else, ditch your next class and go home to change.

If you have time to go home, then just change your pants. Use peroxide to take out bloodstains. Buy a bottle of peroxide and pour it directly over the bloodstain. Rinse your pants in the sink and then just put them in the wash. Peroxide somehow actually disolves blood. My mom is a nurse and she said she learned this way back when she was in school.

soaking it in cold water ASAP (before it really dries) is the BEST way to get it out.
You can also get those pre-treat stain removers, like Shout or whatever. I have used those and they have worked very well. I haven't tried those stupid stain sticks you carry around with you, I am talking about a pre-treatment you put on the stain before it goes in the wash.

just use name-brand detergent!
EDIT
oooooh! youre still AT school!. oooooooooooooooh!
sweetie, the only way you'll get that sucker off of your pants is through the wash... but you certainly cant go running around with a large wet spot on your pants.
the best solution is to cover it up with a sweater or something until classes are over. or, if its small, just... you know. who cares? as long as youve got the leak settled, leave it be. you'll probably be sitting for most of the class. and its natural- its okay.

Hydrogen peroxide that has been diluted with water will help to break down the blood. Then rinse it out and put soap in it to soak between classes.

Cold water and soap. Let it soak and then scrub it out with your hands. Yeah, I know. But you do NOT want to put bloody pants in a public washing machine, do you? Imagine if someone did that and then you put YOUR clothes in next.
