Alcohol isn't illegal in AR. Counties decide for themselves if it's going to allow the sale of alcohol or not. Most counties that have a college or university don't sale alcohol, but there are exceptions to that as well. If the county you're in is dry, I imagine the next county over sells alcohol. AR does no allow the sale of alcohol on Sundays, however.

I think there are some places in Arkansas that sell alcohol. But there are some dry counties too, so you may have to drive for a while, depending on where you are.
