Two people (Canada) together for about 2 years own a house for 14 months together. Both would like to sell, but one would like to buy the other out. Due to increase in property value in the past 14 months this may not be feasible, although at buy-in price it would have been.

Does anyone know or have any creative ideas on how to buy the other half of the house for lower than market value?

i absolutley hate how people think that pit bulls are so mean it really drives me crazy the best dogs i have ever had were pit bulls my dog now is the most loving dog u will ever meet everyone is quick to say how they were breed to fight for a long time and its in there genes well why in the hell dont u research it than u will find out the truth that yea even know they were breed to fight that they were always very loyal dogs and they were not taught to fight people they were trained to fight dogs and thats why you have to assoicate your dog with lots of dogs when they r a puppy and so manu dog bites gets reported as a pit bull bite when it wasnt just read the statistics and get a clue and than PITA wants to kill all pitbulls i thought they were trying to save animals what makes people think that this is only our world and other animals cant live her because they dont like the way it acts people r crazy!!!!!!

The bartender laughed.
- U kidding? That's M. Jordan. OK.
Michael missed the shot and the man pocketed the money.
- Another $50? The man challenged on the next shot.
Hoping to get even, the bartender agreed. Michael missed and the bartender saw his $100 gone.
With $100, the man bought a bottle of Jack and went into the room with friends and they started drinking. A while later, the came back out staggering drunk.
- Hey. Want a chance to win your money back?
- Sure! What's up?
- I bet $200 I can stand on the bar and pee into ithe bottle on the in the corner there.
- OK
The patron climbed on the bar, unzipped and peed all over, missing the bottle.
The bartender screamed.
- I won. I won. Give me my money.
The man smiled.
- You have no idea how much I bet those guys I'd pee on the bar and U'd start laughing like crazy.

then theres TNA - Death/Last Oppurtunitie

THE ONLY FREAKIN REASON I WATCH TNA is cuz of starz like

Samoa Joe
Christopher Daniels

and we all know theres gonna be a WWE vs PRIDE story line,....

we can watch WWE every week night
TNA has 3 episodes filmed per show
TNA gets talent from WWE, wich there popularity is already built up
Theres a more likley chance you will be able to attend a live WWE event.
WWE has the UNDERTAKER
TNA CAN HAVE john cena, he sucks any way
wwe has screwed up john cena like they did to lesnar
WWE Problems-,Repeting story lines,To many championship belts,WWE keeps the wwe titles on 1 superstar way to long,Cena stuff will COMPLETLY stop selling in about the time of wrestlemania
to many mid card matches.

It seems the most common age group on here seem to b teens to maybe early 20's.
Many might find this statement arrogant, but u have to admit u can atleast get a rough idea of someones age by what or how they ask, not necessarily the content. Cos who tells the truth about their age on here. not many id assume. lol
