Even the super-atheist, Richard Dawkins, said humans are just biological machines and that freewill to make ANY choice is an illusion. Everything we do has a pre-existing cause that was forced upon us by circumstances out of our control.

Sorry friend I dont need anyone to tell me what I am or what I believe, Richard Dawkins or Richard Dawson either. I dont believe in god and as for free will, I only care about MY WILL, I do what I want, what makes ME happy. We are probably biological machines that is at least logical and there is no great diety controlling MY life that I am sure of. Oh and by the way if your a christian and believe you dont have free will, then why would your "Skydaddy" condem you for doing exactly what he created you to do? Grow up.

You have free will in life the same way you have it on the highway: you can move around TO AN EXTENT but you can't make a right turn off the highway into a cornfield or oncoming traffic (if you want to live). You can choose WHAT to eat but you still have to eat. We have *limited* free will but everybody's headed in the same general direction. That's why insurance companies can say how many people will die this year from which cause, just not -who-. We're like quantum particles in some respects.

Free will has a pre-existing cause.....this I agree with.
I also believe that with our freewill we can change our mind, our attitude, our reactions to others and decide our future.
Our past has been decided for us, our present is the moment we live in, and our future is alterable. We have to live with our past, understand our present, and decide our future.

Who cares, let the atheists be lost. It amazes me that they think this world is an accident. Look at the beauty around you. That's love from God. Look at the suffering around you, that's humans expressing their free-will for evil, sure there are exceptions but this is what is comes down to. No accident created life.
