Hi, I'm trying to help a friend over the net fix her computer. I'm just going to cut and paste our conversation so you'll know as much as I do. ---
Tom: so initially .. before you fixed anything.. what were the symptoms?
---yogi: justin said he turned the puter on
---yogi:said it stuck on the windows thing
---yogi: so he turned it off
---yogi: turned it back on and it did the same thing
---yogi: then when i got home
---yogi: the puter was on but the monitor was saying it was on power save
---yogi: it wouldnt bring anything up
---yogi: it just said monitor was working but on power save mode and use the computer to activate it
---yogi: so i changed the video card and it came up right
---yogi: took forever but finally came up
---yogi: but it takes forever to open a window.try opening explorer is like geesh

itching senstion on fingers,kinda watery liquid and blood when i scrap my fingures, some numbness and open wounds. face seems like its peeling but it dries flakey like my fingures, have like red circular bold spots and is also itchy.just the outer part of my face . fingers get really iritated when i wet them, they burn when i put lotion on them as so does my face.

I broke up with my ex in July. It wasnt the best relationship and recently for some reason I have been able to remember the good parts. It makes me sad and it hurts. I have dreams about him and constantly check the phone and IM. For a few months there I was just fine remembering him as an asshole. Now with all this turning up a part of me wants to get back with him even though I know its wrong. I know this is all cliche but Im really confused right now and any good advice would be appreciated. my parents are having problems but this is not new in fact it's very annoying now. my mom wants to go ride her harley on thanksgiving and do her own thing and my dad doesn't even care anymore. my boyfriend has work and told me it isn't a big deal either and that it was stupid of me to act like that. but i honestly think that thanksgiving is a time for family and food and without those 2 what is it? am i worng to be mad? isn't it a little wrong? also i don't have money to buy anything to make it which my dad told me i could have thanksgiving if i bought the food an everything. well thats all i had to say but i still think that it's worng. what do you think?

We usually do a mashed potato contest in our family on Thanksgiving. Trying to think of something different for this year. Already did garlic mashed potatoes. What's another flavor or creative addition that maybe I haven't thought of yet?

I never thought about that before because I always liked history class. I was having a discussion with someone who said they hate history. She thinks it's a waste of time to study things that already happened. Now that I think about it, she has a point. I know people say that history tends to repeat itself but in what way does it really benefit you. What kind of job are you going to get today as a history major, besides being a teacher of course.
