I have just graduated from the university, got myself a job in a small school that conducts enrichment classes for small and big kids. Since I've been teaching one-to-one/small groups part-time privately for some 3 years, I thought I won't struggle so much. However, I realised that I am really quite a green horn in classroom teaching. It is different when you have to catch the attention of all 10 students in a class...I am worrying quite a lot now because classes are going to start in a week or so. Can I hear from some helpful souls regarding improvement of delivery skills in a classroom environment? Any tips for new teachers like myself?

We have an oral agreement for a month to month rental of an apartment I own. I have to evicit my tenants because they cause too much trouble, have damaged the apartment, and are always late with rent. I am writing a formal notice to notify them that they are being evicted but I do not know what to put in the letter- what should I write?

My brother is going to study in mexico city from February to June, so I will go there for 2 weeks (not 2 weeks in mexico city, I want to move!). When would be the best period to go (I want to avoid the hurricanes and spring break students...), and what should I absolutely see? I'd love to see archeologic sites, which ones are the best? And of course, couple of day at the sea! And if you know some good places to stay for the night (cheaper as possible, I don't really care about comfort, but I would love little places in the jungle for example), let me know! Ok....we are both completely fine now on every other part. We had gotten in to some serious fights and finally broke up, but still had tremendous feelings for each other...but we just needed to straighten things out and start over(which we did now) but during that time I stayed true to what i was feeling and didn't do anything with other girls...Her on the other hand ended up getting a boyfriend for a few weeks and doing some things with him physically. She just says that she was so confused and hurt and I will never understand why she did it, but she fully regrets everything. Personally it really hurts me to hear those things and I really just can't comprehend why.... How do I approach this and try to understand? Should I be angry and hurt? What are others opinions? Any advice to get over this?

I have changed the water, I have used the drops, I have used the PH balance tabs, ..........nothing I try is working. I use the amonia tabs(that says they work immediattly) do the test, and the amonia is still high
