Doesn't it seem that someone in his leadership board of elders or something would have noticed something was amiss, or do you think they did and just kept in under cover?

Many many men in churches queer off with one another. It was nothing out of the ordinary.

yes i do.
and although i'm not a religious person and i don't necessarily believe in hell, i'm sure he does, and i hope he burns in it.
though it's not nearly as bad as priests fiddling with children
