15 things over 4 years doesn't seem to stretch it I don't think. I can't elaborate either, it's a standardized sheet with just enough room to specify in a few words anything noteworthy that I achieved in the activity, and then a checkbox for 9th-12th grade to specify what years I did it in.

Probably toooooo many . . .

Causes one to wonder about your veracity? as there are only just so many hours in a day - days in a week - to accomplish just so much . . . and then there's the question of the 'quality' of your time contribution to each activity . . .???

Suggestion -
hoose the best, most active, 3 things - and expand on your description of your involvement with each - and choose vocabulary that emphasizes your 'passion' for these activities!

Now that you have 'listed' those things you put on the application? another suggestion - - -
I would emphasize these 3 - - -

Honor roll, debate club, political party volunteer (without designating which party)

Combine a couple of them. Volunteering for the Republicans will probably fold into the Young Republicans. Community Theater/School Play is one. Camp Counselor isn't an activity, it's probably summer employment. Not sure being invited is impressive if you didn't actually attend those things. Church activities are one line. Babysitting is a job, not an activity.

You can list all those, but don't make it look like you're trying to fluff the list up. You have plenty even when it's condensed.

Way too many, just put three or four. Not any more than that. Your filling up the application with stuff that they really aren't interested in.
