There's this poster above my computer in my class I'm in and it says "do you respect and appreciate unique qualities in others?" anyone?

I think it is a reminder that you should respect and appreciate the unique qualities in others.

In other words, Suzy Q. may not have great keyboarding skills, but she is great in math computation. Respect her for her math ability.
Maybe John Doe doesn't have the ability to put together a paragraph that beginning, middle, and end; but he has other talents, like cooking. The poster is telling you to look for for the good qualities that everyone has. Think about a subject in school that is really easy (P.E. does not count) There is someone in your class that has trouble in that subject. On the other hand think about something that is difficult for you, it is really easy for someone else. Don't make fun of someone because you can do something they can't, because they can do something that you can't.

and in turn they should be ding the same with you. It's only wright that you admire their
ambition.Qualities is not something you just get you have to earn them .

Perhaps it was put there to encourage everyone to do just that. It was also put there perhaps to help others gain their self esteem. After all, don't every human being such as you deserve respect and be appreciated for the unique quality you have?

It means that it is asking if you see the differences in people and like them for them aving individual qualities. We are all one of a kind and we need to see others as who and what they are.
