You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Eat lots and lots of fruit and vegges....Lean meat, Chicken and turkey.....8, 8oz glasses of water a day. Walk at least 45 min. a day.....Building muscle will help burn fat and gain muscle....The more muscle you build the more fat you will lose.
Don`t eat anything white. potatoes, rice, white bread, etc.
Hang an outfit up that you would like to be wearing by the end of Jan., so you can see it everyday. It helped me.

The fastest and safest way is too cut back on junk food and replace it with protein drinks and bars.

These can also be used to replace a meal, when you haven't got chance to eat.

These things contain everything we need to maintain a healthy body, without gaining fat.

Go talk to a doctor. It would be unethical to suggest ways of loosing weight without knowing about your health, and what would be healthy for you to do.
