I am a 15 year old female about 5'10,and I play Basketball,I lift weights everyother day,and i practice everyday except on saturdays and sundays!I weigh about 156 pounds,and I would like to get down to about 135.i wear a size 9 in jeans,but I would like to get down to a size 5.Does anyone have any ideas on how I can loose weight healthy and fast?

I work in a restaurant as a cashier/host and I put in a request for time off for Thanksgiving (we're closed TG day) in the beginning of the month. On Nov. 7thth he denied my request. My mom's mad because she already paid for a trip to Canada and she says it's against the law for employers to not grant you time off if you request it weeks in advanced. She says I should quit or get someone to cover my shift. But last time I did that I found another coworker who was willing, but my manager said no to that b/c then the guy would've been working too many hours that day and because he said he needed me there too. But this new girl who started last week got someone to cover for her this Saturday and that was all cool. I've been there eight months. So what do you

I like this guy but whenever I talk to him, he is always the first one to break eye contact with me. I kind of get the feeling he is afraid to talk to me. He is a nice, soft-spoken type of guy but he only talks when I ask him questions. I do most of the talking and it's become exhausting. His shyness is starting to become a turnoff. My husband doesn't pick up after himself, he doesn't clean, he puts his feet on our furniture. He actually put a cigarette burn in our brand new couch the other day and didn't even care! His only real "job" in this household is to take out the trash, and as I sit here there are 3 bags of trash sitting on my back porch waiting to be taken to the dumpster. So, men, what can I do to get him to take more responsibilty for the things that we've spent our hard earned money on? I came of the pill around 18 months ago. I had a miscarriage and did not even realise i was pregnant so i decided to stop. Since then ive bought a house and married my long term partner (father of the miscarried baby) and we decided to start trying for a family. We have been trying for around a year with no joy however i think we may now have struck gold. I was ovulating from the 4th to the 8th of nov so my period should be due shortly although they are very irregular. However i have bin urinating a lot more this past 2 weeks and have also had very sore breasts got very greasy skin have bin burping a lot i no its very early to be experiencing anything. The only usual symptom of pms i get is a bloated tummy which i dont have. I have taken a hpt test and it was negative but im concerned i may have tested to soon. So do ya think i could be pregnant or am i just going crazy...... thanks in advance
