To make a very long story short, I punched one guy (18) once in the face (no real harm done), and I pushed another kid (17) off of me (but he's trying to say I choked him. I have witnesses.)

Both are pressing charges. They have been classified as a M1 Misdemeanor, both with a 6 months in jail and $1000 fine max penalty. I have went to pre-trial, the prosecutor made no offers.

To be honest it was an act of self defense. I have 5 eye witnesses backing me up, 2 of which are non-affiliated with me. Problem is, they basically have the same amount of witnesses lying for them on their side.

I am 18 years old, this will be my first offense. I am signed up to leave for the Marine Corps. I was supposed to leave Sept 18th but all of this happened, I'm wanting to get out of here as soon as possible.

I currently have a Public Defender but plan on hiring an attorney as soon as I obtain the funds. The jury trial isn't until January 25th. I have a bad feeling about it, hence why I'm askin

One day my girl and was at the beach and we had a fire going, a gorup of people were near us and ask could they come over and share the warmth of the fire. One girl came over and shook my hand and made a comment on how large my hands were, then told my girl I bet he's great in bed. Well, needless to say my girl felt a little offended by the comment. I'm a builder and I wear a lot of Dickes brand khaki pants. My girl dosent want me to wear those type of pants any more because she says it they show off my bulge. Do women really look at the front of a mans pants the way we loo at a womans T & A. Does size really matter ?

im 19 and i still dont have a boyfriend, its not because im ugly or anything, im not a terrible person to be with, i actually got a lot of friends, but i think im too weird for a boyfren, i like somebody well i have a terrible crush on him i only know his name but i know nothing about him, ive been bumping into him in school so many times like its almost a year, the memory of him makes me smile , he really can make me happy literally without him doing anything, just the total idea that he exists, i dont know if he has observed that because he sees me all the time, i know there is a chance that he does not even notice me and all

hi. basically if i have applied for mobile contract over internet, filled in questions and got quote. clicked on ok button "to take advantage of offer"as they put it, wait for the documentation for me to sign to come through and they never send it. i email thema nd they say that the price quoted was wrong, therefore no contract. is this true or not? is the contract legally binding. Am i wrong to be angry and feel betrayed? This is one of the many lies he has told me. He has been paying his ex-wife more than he told me for the past 12 years. Why lie? His kids and i have a great relationship as he has with mine. We spoilt them and i dont care how much he spends on them, im the first one to go over board when i go shopping with them we live in seperate countries so we make the most of it. We spend 1000's on flights and it doesnt bother me. The thing is he lied about the amount, then his son turned 18 and he said he would stop paying his ex-wife, (he didnt stop paying) but as i thought he had, i was ok with him giving his son money to live on, now his son is 21 with a job, he is still paying child support to his ex-wife cause his son lives at home. When is it my turn ?? It hurts me that he lied and it hurts me that he doesnt care to save up for our future togeather. He has lost a lot of money through bad debt too , sick of his lies now he is begging me to stay ,

when it comes to worst wicket keeping, parthiv patel and deep dasgupta are second to none. but i will still pick parthiv for the mere fact india drew the test series against australia 1-1 in Australia, which it should have won, truly because of parthiv.
It would take some doing if India needs to come that closer to beating Australia in Australia.

OBEY LAWS, even inconvenient ones, like speed limits when late for work;
PAYING TAXES, rather than claiming religious exemption;
