Ancestry.co.uk is a little expensive to subscribe to, but I've had a look and there are a number of Costellos on the records for Kidderminster.
For example, the 1871 census shows the following Costello family (all of whom were born in Ireland):
James born 1801
His wife Oner born 1811
Their children Catherine (born 1853) James (born 1846) and Patric (born 1838).

I agree ancestry.com is a great starting point and you can also access 1901 Census records at public libraries in UK
