I don't have a lot of time to exercise and being a single mom I can't go to the gym and don't have the money to spend on a membership. I am extremely over weight for being only 24, and am almost back at my pregnancy weight. I need some tips on how to eat better/exercise at home, keeping in mind I don't have a lot of money to buy food, or go to a gym. I don't have any motivation to do this, since everything has failed, and I always feel hungry and want to eat, I LOVE FOOD Please hep me!
