Why do they need to be told what to do around the house!

On my last date, the girl wanted to challenge, debate or argue with me on every single topic. And that's not my style at all. It was hard to tell when she was joking and when she was pissed. She ended up confessing that she liked to fight and argue and didn't really know why. I thought it was a way to commandeer my attention and control my thoughts. But I could be wrong. Any thoughts on why some people are like that?

my son put a knife to my back tonight and threatened to stab me...i dont know how much more i can take...he was diagnosed bipolar two years ago and it just keeps getting worse...and for all the self righteous ones who might answer with well have you tried this or have you tried that...well duh, yes i have tried everything that i am capable of trying...i would not even be considering this horrible prospect if i hadnt...he has been in and out of the hospital, intensive weekly counseling, medications, NOTHING works....we have no doors left in our apartment because he has smashed them all in...along with holes in every wall and kitchen cupboards ripped off...to answer other common questions...cant afford to send him to bootcamp i dont receive child support, can barely afford to pay the bills...dont have any family to help either so if any one has some non self righteous suggestions i would appreciate the help

I haven't pre-ordered on. It comes out on Friday, and most kids should be in school and most parents should be working. I live in Merrick a small town with a 2 or 3 game shops. If I go 2 hours before it opens you think I will have a chance? Should I just talk to the store owner and see if he can like save it for me somehow?

a mechanical sorter can process a bag of mail in 18 minutes. After the sorter has been working for a time, it breaks down. The rest of the mail it was sorting is divided equally between two older machines, each of which would take 60 minutes to complete the job working alone. The mail is finished being sorted 20 minutes after the first machine started working. How long did the first machine work before breaking down??

When I met my fiancee 2 yrs. ago she was not seriously involved w/ anybody. We began to get serious and a guy she was with about a year ago calls her up and basiclly just wants to have sex. She said that she dident want to be a boot call. She is not like that. She said that when they would hang out before, wich was about 3 times total in the past he only wanted one thing. He called her when we were just getting to gether and she dident want to talk to him any more because she was with me. He keeps calling her to this day and asks her if she wants to ****. I am trying to keep m composure. She told him that she wants nothing to do with him every time he calls and he keeps calling.
