I definantly think so, but no grappling downstairs or the breasts. A kiss is something that needs to be done in public because it is so romantic.

A peak is acceptable beyond that should wait until they get home. I worked in a restaurant and the worst thing is seeing ones tongue in the other person throat. A public place should not be allowed to do such things. Have some class and save those affection at ones own time is how i see it.

Kissing the bride at a wedding is "in public" and it is perfectly acceptable .. no, it's REQUIRED!

It would depend on how far that "kiss" is taken .. sometimes, you should just get a room ... but taken at face value, nothing wrong with a kiss in public .. just use good taste.

Of course. Not to the point of needing to get a room, but public demonstration of affection is great. As long as it's tasteful.

A sweet little affectionate kiss is nice but it is vulgar to be trying to stick ones tongue down someones throat in public.

a peck is fine, but too much kissing in public shows no respect to the public and themselves.

There is not enough affection and love shown worldwide, personally kissing is more acceptable, than seeing destruction of life.,.,.,
