On my last date, the girl wanted to challenge, debate or argue with me on every single topic. And that's not my style at all. It was hard to tell when she was joking and when she was pissed. She ended up confessing that she liked to fight and argue and didn't really know why. I thought it was a way to commandeer my attention and control my thoughts. But I could be wrong. Any thoughts on why some people are like that?

Typicalno answer is exactly right.I devorced one of those women.they try to control you in any way.don't let her get in you head like that.Your going to be misrable if you stay with her.

It's thier personality! The way they were raised and yes your right, to see if they could gain "control" over you because they do not have control of themselves.Just needs to grow up some. It's a test......maybe not on purpose cause she admitted it (at least as to liking to). So basically boils down to insecurity! She bucks up to things as a defense mechanisim. RED FLAG! RUN!!!!!

You are probably right. Some women love drama. They love to be the center of attention and play the victim. Stay away from them.
