about a year ago i was given a dinnerset of rayware tableware in a blue pattern called 'seascape.' i know its not much, but i am awfully fond of the set and two of the dinner plates have chipped. i am having much difficulty replacing them. any advice is appreciated!!

She reads ok (could be better) but she is having an awful time comprehending what she has read. Any ideas to try to help her. We read to her and also have her read to us but she can never answer the questions we ask her about the book...Any ideas will be appreciated!

I have a housemate who at first i thought was lovely, but over the past 9 weeks every weekend she has had a different bloke home to shag, sometimes on a weekend she has one on a friday and one on a saturday and she gets so drunk sometimes she doesnt remember their name. Iv stopped going out with her as i dont agree, how can i tell her politely shes a ****??

I know that she is not always using protection!

There's a guy at school that I used to fancy. We used to talk a lot, we had a lot in common, etc. He always seemed interested in what I had to say, and for a while, I thought that he may like me back.

But then I figured out that it was just the infatuation talking, because about two weeks ago he started going out with this girl. He even mentioned that he was going to her house after school and that he might transfer into her classes next semester, so I knew it wasn't just a rumor.

But the strangest part is that his girlfriend is one of those pretty, shallow, ditzy kinds of people. And he's not really the shallow type.

Ever since he's started going out with her, we've kind of stopped being friends. He doesn't start a conversation nearly as often as he used to. He's not really as polite, either. But whenever I'm at a distance (Across the lunch room, courtyard, blacktop, etc.) he's always looking over at me.

What's going on with him?

Thanks so much everyone, I mean that....You are all right...I'm dealing with alot, lost my little girl last year easy to get caught up in sadness.. I was really given a second chance at life after recovering from a really bad drug addiction. I guess I believe in people really easily. I do want this to make me a better person....I don't want it to make me a bitter person though. I can't tell you how much it helped reading all of your answers, thank you. I think sometimes you just need to have people to reinforce what's true. I know one day, maybe next week, maybe a year from now...he will get back to me., thats how he works..and I don't know what I should respond with. I know thats thinking way far ahead, but I don't know what I would say if he contacted me tomorrow, I'm scared I wouldn't be strong enough to say the right thing, I tend to be too vulnerable at times. Seems like when you are trustworthy..you expect everyone to be trustworthy, lessons learned, just wanna smile again.

I never have dreams come true but this one did...

Ok, I'd been really wanting to see this one movie and I never had a chance to..but this one night last month around my b-day there was a centipede in my room & I decided to sleep downstairs and when I was sleeping I had a dream that I was watching this movie on TV & at the bottom of the screen it had the time which was 1:44 am. When I woke up unusually early at 8 something [no matter what I usually wake up at like 10] I could not go back to sleep so I turned on the tv & turned it to the movie channels to see what movies were on...and what would you know? the movie i had dreamt about was on and the time was 8:44 am! (get it - 1:44 and then 8:44??). I've never had any dreams come true before...and by the way, I have a huge crush on one of the boys in the movie (& my cousin knows him). Do you think this means anything? or was it just a coincidence?
