Well, I'm 26 year old woman, and I am somewhat shy, and I basically have no life, because I have cut off alot of friends, and so now I 'm ready to try to meet new friends however I am shy and don't know how to go about creating a new life for myself, how do I get out of my shyness and meet new people and how should I go about it,??Anyone's opnion surely would help??

A few days ago, I sprained my back. It is quickly improving but the doctor believes I have opened myself up to future problems and injuries.

I was going to look into physical therapy but am afraid at the the ripe age of 42 and with a possible back problem, I may not be able to handle the job.

Is it possible to be one without heavy lifting?

Just a few minutes ago, I was viewing my newly redone myspace page. It includes a picture of me now and one of me as a baby, a staticky backround and a picture of headphones. I was listening to a deep song in the heavy metal ballad style. After staring for a few minutes, i began to feel choked up, then i began to tear up. I only just noticed this as being strange behavior.

What I'm thinking is that it may have triggered a sad memory from the past without me realizing it. The only thing is I can't think of why anything that I saw or heard would make me cry (except for that the song was about death but I've heard the song before).


Any ideas?
