Thanks to the JLO phenomenon I feel good about my junk in my trunk LOL my waist is a 26 and my hips and butt are a 40. So I would advice sticking to the Puerto Rican Diet

and all the pork you can have ;)

So what's wrong with a small booty? If you worked in a bakery, you probably nibbled on the cookies, bread, whatever they had. That's makes a fat booty! Now the fat is gone and your booty is what it should be. Try working out for muscle instead of fat. Walk, do a workout with a tape and one of your favorite work-out people. Nature will let you put on weight and inches where it is supposed to be and maybe you weren't supposed to be big back there. Walk, ride a bike, but forget the coffee cake and cookies. Good luck.

Anything fattening...you may want to try working out to boost the butt. Eating fatty things will increase the size of everything...not a good idea!

Where your body chooses to store fat is genetic. Mine wants to put it on my gut and hardly anywhere else. Nothing you can do to change it. Nothing you can really do to take it off a single place, either. Or else everyone who chews gum would have a skinny jaw. How to get it back? In your case, I guess bakery goods!

Squats and lunges. Don't try to get your booty back the wrong way as you did before, too much bread is bad for you.

lets see you want a bigger butt...hmm sorry started thinking about girls butts. ok put on a few pounds some girls put their first few pounds to their butts if you are one then your done!!!
but(pun intended) should your pounds go somewhere else then it's to the gym for you and build up those glutes a firm butt will be the result of a lot of hard work and you will most likely get some great legs to boot(not another pun). then call me at 555-I-LOVEYU

well if you were eating backery products then return to it most folks say hott water corn bread i had butt yrs ago now im doing exercises at the gym to regain the shape went from circle to square not good lol gl

CARBOHYDRATES: I dont get it though?!?! Why would anyone want a fat ***???? Im complete opposite, i avoid carbs so i dont get a big booty! Any way what ever makes you happy!! Lots of bread and donughts and choclote! Have fun devouring!
