Avoid eating in unhygienic places. Drink water from a trusted source. Avoid eating junk food. Don't over eat just because you like some food. Don't over strain. Take rets for six to eight hours every day. Take some minimum medicines with you for common ailments like Influenza, Head Ache, Stoamch pain etc. These are some simple rules to follow any where when you are travelling.

Carry a valid passport.
Carry medication after consulting a doctor. Include medication for stomach ailments and vitamin supplements.
You will need sturdy clothes to weather any rough travelling / hiking.
Good strong shoes.
Supply of cash and a few cards - use Nepali Rupee instead Indian Rupee where possible.
Sunglasses / sunblock
Bulletproof vest - for rural travel
Radio - For rural travel
Torch
Batteries

bring enough medication for yourself, and throw in some vitamins or multi-vitamins to maintain good health.
Try to eat more cooked food and drink bottled water, or boiled water to prevent germs.
Wear good hiking boots or shoes so that your feet will not have blisters.
Bring along a hat ,cap, sunshades, and sunblock lotion so that you won't get sunburnt.
And check out the weather before travelling. So that you can be well prepared when you travel.

just do two things
1)-: take long breath in the morning under sun light
2)-: take care while taking meal and drinking water
