Jackson claims he invented all of his own dance moves, but I've seen Fred Astaire, James Brown & Elvis do them amoung others before he was even born. There is nothing original about this "man", except for the fact that he can remove his nose from his face.

Today my English college class we studied "first and second conditionals".

I've alread seen those things... however it's good revising such things.

The question is: the sentence

"If I were European, I could travel all around...",

could it be:

"I was European..."?

I mean, is it ok, as my professor said, using both of them when it is an informal situation or only "were" is possible?

tnx! How do you use that construction in your daily life?

That' it.

I am enquiring for a Charity called Second Chance Childrens Charity. This charity picks up the pices for British children who have been abused mentally, phsyically and sexually. Also the most underpriviledge children in the community. They support children with heart tumour, brain shunts and children with learning difficulties, also those with terminal illnesses. They are looking for a marquee to use in december to hold a big christmas party for the children in Erith Kent. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to help.

I just updated to the newer version of iTunes (which I now know is causing problems for others.) I was listening to my iPod on a speaker rather than ear buds and it was plugged into a wall charger. 4 seconds into a song it just locked up. It still reads the time it froze, shows the song and album art and how far into the song it got. (That's how I know it's 4 seconds.) I really can't aford to replace it right now. I'm hoping if I let the charge run out it will go back to normal. ( I can't find my recpt so I can't get it repaired.) It hasn't been damaged in anyway. I've had to replace the ear buds a few times but the iPod is only a few months old. I deeply appreciate any serious help you can give me.
