I get a warm Spinach Salad at Macaroni Grill that knocks your socks off. Roast a head or 2 of garlic with olive oil, S&P wrapped in tin foil for about an hour in the oven, 350. when that's done and cooled a bit grab your Big skillet and over medium to high fire throw 4 bunches of spinach and Olive oil in to wilt, cut up your favorite tomatoes for a topper and some pepita's. Ready to plate, spinach, garlic, you did squeeze them out of the husks?, tomato and pepita's, now drizzle a bit of Balsamic vinegar over the works and you're ready to chow.
Almost forgot to mention the Rosemary Rye bread, YUM!

I think my favourite hot salad is spicy cajun chicken salad. It is very easy. Put the cajun seasoning on the chicken breast and grill it till cooked (or fry it). Then cut it is strips and add to a lettuce salad with lots of tomatoes and red peppers . You could use an oil and vinegar dressing.

I'm a big fan of warm pasta salads. Just put a light vinaigrette on it and toss with veggies of choice. I personally like spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and green onions. But it always changes every time I make it. It's really versatile.
