after 2and half yrs of marriage ,i tested positive for the first time in my life,iwas very happy so was my hubby.3days after,which was suppose to be my period day if iwasnt pregnant i saw brownish spots. by the following day i started bleeding with little menstrual pain. got to the doc. he checked and said cervix was tight.ultrasound was too early they couldnt see anything.the same day i tested it was still positive .two days after the blood stopped i was still positive. a week after it was negative .and now yesterday and today ive being having nausea, dizzyness, tiredness.e.t.c. i intend to test again tommorrow . i dont understand what is happening. does it mean it takes time for the hormone to leave the body if it was miscarriage? why did i test positive some days after and negative after a week. the bleeding was mild and it was for 3 days like monthly period.

To a layperson such as myself, it sounds like a miscarriage happened. The hormones can take their sweet time in leaving the body.

You most likely are pregnant. Some women still have bleeding even when they are pregnant. I still got my period the first month with both my pregnancies. My friend had her 'period' until she was six months along. Try not to stress about it. The negative test may have just been a false negative. Wait until you're a few more weeks along and go back to the doctor. Good luck!

yes, when you have a mc the hcg hormone just doesn't go back to 0 overnight....i think you shouldgo to the dr again. Sorry in advance if that was a mc. 2 years is a long time to be trying with no results...have you and your hubby taken tests to find out if anything is wrong with either one of you?

Maybe you had a miscarriage...if i was you id go back to the doctor make an apt and see him face to face...sit down talk to him tell him what happend..see if he can give you a blood test or check your cervix or something......goodluck to you sweetie....

Sweety you are pregnant congrats. when you went to the doctor they should have given you a blood test to see if you are really pregnant. but check again tomorrow and see then go to the doctor and ask them to give you a blood test. again congrats

i bled in both my pregnancies for like a week and a half and im ok! i hope it wasnt anyhing serious! how many weeks would you be? awww i will keep my fingers crossed for you x

you might have missed carried i would go to a clinic they could give you a blood test
