O.k my boyfirend of 2 years broke up with me yesterday...and the thing is that i love him but i was talking to this guy at school (an adult achool) which i really like. there just both different in many ways..so now i don't know whether to be sad because of the brake up or happy because this other guy wants me to be his girl!
what the hell should i do..i really miss my boyfirend!!
now let me mention that i've only known this other guy for 4 months..but the way he make me feel and laugh when were together..i love it!

I have been trying to reclaim the charges from my bank. I got a letter today offering me just slightly less than half of what I calculated them to be.

Should I carry on and fight or accept their offer?

If I fight, what is the next step? I have never even seen the inside of a court room let alone been part of court proceedings.

If anyone has managed to claim back charges, how did it go for you?

I'm not real adept at all this relationship stuff, but I absolutely adore my gf. She's been sorta distant lately (and, yes, we've talked about it). I've heard talk that the Dems might attempt to ban conservative talk radio if they were to regain power ( which they have obviously done ). The reasoning behind this is that talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh and Shawn Hannity have the power to sway a close election ( mostly in the favor of the Republicans ) through the mobilization of their millions of listeners. Not that it matters to me one way or the other, but it seems that if they find the ability to do this, then they can certainly shut up anyone else they feel might threaten them. Could this be the beginning of our loss of freedom of speech? At the very least, don't you feel it would set a dangerous precedent if they were able to accomplish this? Personally, I look for them to try this. Think about it and what it might mean to you and I.
