You don't loose only the water, sweat contains a lot more than just water, but you are certainly gonna look better because your skin will look much better

Only water weight will be lost. Even if you lose 3 pounds of water you will look exactly the same and as soon as you drink a liter of water or liquid the weight will be right back on. You can absolutely not lose fat weight (weight from fat) by going to a sauna.
The only way to lose fat is cut calories and/or exercise.

You lose water not wieght in a sauna. It does help but diet and exercise are the best way to go in combinations with the sauna.

nope, going into a sauna just dehydrates your body and that is the only reason you lose weight initially. As soon as you get your fluid levels back to normal you notice you put on the weight again.

the only cure for weight loss is eating in moderation and plenty of exercise i'm afraid!

yes it does
but it also make you lose electrolytes which you need to replace after wards
but this is not the purpose of going into the sauna, it is to get the junk out of your muscles and make your muscles more relaxed and feel better

good luck

The intense dry heat raises your metabolism for a short period, but mostly you lose water. The weight lost is replaced as soon as you drink 2 glasses of water.
