Canadian Embassy in NY...how long to get an answer by email?

Do all governments have a large amount of bureacracy? Good to know it's not just America. I sent an email to the immigration office in NY (they don't take phone calls). Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response?

Government beuraucracy, what can I say, they are all the same. My response to your question is that in the absence of a feedback promise, expect a 5-10 business day reply time.
