Depends what you mean by "best." Do you mean highest quality? Best design? Most bang per buck? That said, I'm partial to the Gap for everyday stuff and Ann Taylor Loft for office clothing.

i prefer gap- their clothes are pretty think. Also like abercrombie & fitch jean they are pretty durable. No matte what brand you wear- if it's think and not made in the US it's a good piece of clothing! anything made in the us usually sucks. No offence to anyone
