I have an iPod and have tried loading some videos using iTunes,?

I convert them for the iPod with iTunes but they come out with no audio. What am I doing wrong?

Hi jamesblanchard,

If you can view the videos in iTunes, it should be good to go. You probably don't need to convert them to anything, just drag the video file name in your list over to the left where the iPod folder is inside of your iTunes.

try to play these files on your PC, may be the problem with iPod headphones
