I'm currently doing my pre-reqs for Dental Hygiene, so right now i'm being trained as a Dental Assistant. I think i'm doing pretty good at learning and keeping up, but it seems so stressful sometimes. The doctor is happy one minute and the next he's stressed and i feel like i'm doing something wrong. Plus he likes to talk about how expensive all of his equiptment is. Is it normal for Dental offices to be this stressfull, how is it working as a Dental Assistant/ Hygienist?

I'm curious to know if it works the same in all parts of the world. I was told that in one country, the Copyright Organization would take a "sample" every 2-3 days of the radio stations to determine the frequency of rotation of songs. If anyone has details on who rotyalties work, I'd like to find out.

The reason I am asking is my boyfriend has it, and has to get it removed by a plasic surgeon. I'm a bit worried about it because some sites on the net refer it to "tumor" or "cancer". i have suffered with this chronic pain now for 4 years and nobody seems to know what is causing it.. The pain i am experiencing feels like somebody is constantly digging their fingers under my ribs, it is always constant but the pain does alter in severity from day to day, and does not seem to be dependant on what i eat or drink. I have been tested for gallstones but these tests have given a negative result. I have been on several websites where there are other people suffering the same as me and some people have reccomended doing a liver flush... has anybody out there tried this

Ok. Let's say it's a perfect world, and the gun was never invented. Absolutely no one has one. Now, some 6' 8" muscular man comes into your home to steal everything you own, kill you, and rape your wife/sister/daughter. What exactly are you going to do to stop him?

If you have a gun, it doesn't matter how big and strong the intruder is. All you have to do is practice your shot. Wouldn't you rather face this maniac gun to gun instead of hand to hand?

Why are we sacrificing so many lives in a civil war in the middle of a country that never wanted us there to begin with? Haven't any of the past wars taught us anything? All that'll happen is we'll end up back where we started only minus a couple thousand people. Why?? Why do people fight in wars that are pointless? Why can't people just make peace? There are so many things in nature that can destroy life as it is. Why create more? It's humanities fault that there's cancer like there is today. It man-kinds fault that so many things are extinct. Why can't it be that because of peace and coroperation between different peoples that world hunger and global warming are stopped. Instead of speanding billions on weapons and such use it to help others in need of it. With peace come so many good things. It only the wars would stop.

Step daughter will be 5 in Jan. She is still peeing on herself (ALOT).She will be wet from her waistband to knees on her pants adn doesnt care. She will poop on herself and then lie, again just sits in it. Her mother didnt care until now. Games, dolls, other favorite things have been taken away. She doesn't care. She can't speak properly, can't read, can't write. She will stand there and pee on herself while you are talking to her. She cannot put a sentence together, you cant understand her. She has no thought process. If you ask her if she danced at daycare, she starts saying "and dog camo-momma work-dere's a bug-i'm thirsty, etc". She cannot tell you why she wont go to thepotty. She sometimes ignore you when you are talking to her and will lie that she went on the potty when she didnt. Sometimes, she cannot follow simple instructions. It's sad. I have taught her how to spell her name, ,but she still doesn't realize she has a first name and a last name. I care and am trying to help.
