Ok so in the beggining there was God, and there was darkness. Right? Then he started creating stuff. Now was the darkness the opposite of God, his foe? God's way is the way of light, So if in the beggining it was him and darkness why did he not eliminate it entierly? Is it because in his nature he can not truely destroy, because of his path of light?


Anything on this subject matter would be appreciated, I do not mean to offend anyone, and if you are religious and your beggining stories are not like this what are they?

Weve always been a 2 income household basically he's never had to be the "SOLE" provider. Last week he decieded he'd quit his job because he "didnt want to deal with the crap at work and I make enough money" without discussing it with me. I wrk from 7am to 7pm I am ALWAYS tired, there is as much "crap" at my job as anyother. I wouldnt mind holding things down for a while but he isnt helping me, while on maternity leave my job was the house&baby, I cooked, cleaned made sure he had dinner. For the last week I come home at 7am and the house is a wreck, the baby is still in the crib (poop diaper) the dog hasnt been let out. I spend an hr getting the house in order. By 9 I try to sleep, he decides to work on the car, run to home depot or play video games and he leaves the baby with me - He claims if I was that tired Id be able to sleep thru the cries, what can I say to him to make him help me w/o nagging am I being unfair? I just want him to keep the baby busy for the 6hrs I sleep...

Is it really so difficult to believe both hold some truth at the same time??? I mean seriously, you can't take the bible word for word! its a guide. The bible should show you (both directly and indirectly) the attidtudes, morals, views, and actions that are more or less the way God desires it. Whilst it may say that the world was made in 7 days, you must understand that the bible (whilst authored by God) was writen by mankind, and hence 7 days could be an easier way of saying 7 millenia. Many things in the bible are writen in certain ways to make it more understandable, without it loosing its potency.
We are afterall, only human.

Please tell me if this seems low to you or is it just me.

I live in a small town, everyone knows everyone, so of course my friends and family know alot that goes on in this town.

My ex-fiance and I broke up in June, it was a bad breakup, especially since we broke up two weeks before we were to be married.

In the last 5months he has been very bitter and cold to me, he has said very mean things about me which I just ignore, he recently started seeing a girl who lives here, they have been dating about a month, I have accepted it, he has moved on so I did too.

We both work at the same place, and we both see the same people every day, he recently, proposed to this girl, at the place where I work in front of my friends, he even asked a band that plays at our job who hasn't seen us in 6 months to play a song for him so he could propose to another girl. She is being mean to my other dogs.She will see them go to the food, and growl at them. My other dogs are losing whight because of this.
What is the best way to deal with this without hurting her. I have tryed to feed her away from the others. It does not work because my other dogs are afraid to eat.
