Seventeen.com has a good video on it.
It really just takes practice, and the right shades of colors for you.
Plus, practice makes perfect!!
Good luck.

Use the lightest first at teh top in a half moon shape application. Then the color or grey in the eyelid crease. Then the darkest color on the lid itself. Then liner over the dark and slightly over the edge of the outside corner and then on the bottom. Set the liner with more of the dark color (black) on top of the liner and then smudge lightly with a brush or swab. Use false lashes and good mascara

No matter where you get directions from, it takes practice. Just start out small and work your way up. Try by using black eyeliner, take your time and go slow. Then work with atleast 2 shades, black and any other color you want (shimmers look best). Just start blending and have fun with it, the more you practice, the better it will look.

Go to a Mac counter and ask them to show you. They will
be glad to do it for you. You can also get fed back from
others that are around you. You can tell by their face if
you are making a big mistake or if you look good.
