Your record as a minor are sealed. You do not have to answer that question!

Your record is wiped clean if you were charged and convicted as a minor. But if you were 18 and charged then convicted that would be as an adult. And that is public record. If you lie about your past record on a job application and your employer finds out you can be terminated and you can't fight it. So it is best if you tell the truth from the beginning. Oh and by the way, when a lawyer tells you that they can expunge your record and wipe it clean for just a certain amount of money, that is totally untrue. For example in the state of Arizona, an adults record is not expunged for 99 years. And is public record. Even if it is a misdemeanor. You can check this information out through the Department of Public Safety with the State of Arizona.
