I have been my natural brown colour for years and a couple of months ago decided i would go blonde. Im really sick of the blonde look, and feel like i want to be back to myself again and go brown!
Are there any tips that you know of? I am going to do it myself. I already know that i will have to put a red in my hair before the brown to get the pigment back, is there anything else i need to know?

I drove 20 minutes along a deserted dual carriageway alongside the Firth of Forth. Pale blue skies, flocks of swans flying over, music on the stereo.
Arrived at the railway station, one of my train buddies had bought me coffee already. 11 minutes on the train with my pals, then a short walk through central Edinburgh to my office, arrived feeling relaxed and happy.
I love commuting! Does anyone else or am I just a bit strange?

For some strange reason recently when I visit a webpage that has a wmv file embeded in it, it causes either WMP or IE to crash. I get this message

The program ["C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe"/OCX/NoLibraryAdd/Play "http://www.thewebsiteurl.com/videoname.wmv"/Prefetch:10] caused a problem and is going to close.

I have tried updating IE to 7 and I have updated WMP to 11. Neither works. Also, the player will not play wmv files that I have stored on my computer, but the DiVX player will.

Any help that any of you could give would be appreciated.

My inquiry pertains to India only. The answer must relate to Current Indian Tax Laws.
I bought a piece of land about 4 yrs ago and am planning to sell it. I am expecting decent profit on this sale. I want to know about the current capital gains tax rates. I believe there is a provision for lower capital gains tax rates if benefit of indexation is not utilised. I also want to know about where I can invest my capital gain (together with interest rates and lock-in periods) to enable me to save on capital gains tax.
