Our daughter in-law has post natal depression, we think so anyway.
She does not want to visit us with our son and grandchildren and says she 'feels uncomfortable'.
We really feel like we are being pushed out.
Anyone else have this experience or similar.

I haven't been to the dentist in about 9 years (out of fear from the last visit). I reccently went and am being recommended to receive a debridement. When he showed me the x-rays, however, I did not see any buildup and I have 0 cavities (never have had any). Can't I just get a normal cleaning? He also said that my two front teeth need to be crowned because of a fracture from gum to bottom of both teeth. He said that the crowns can't be matched to my teeth since they are not uniformly colored (have spots) and therefore also need a bleaching. There is no pain or sensitivity in my front teeth, so is this really necessary?

I am readin a study on the dead sea scrolls, by two amercans. Not gotten far yet, but it seems there is a lot more behind the famous dead sea scrolls than the world knows... if it shows that things in the bible arent true, what is the result for those following the bible as the one true source ????

I've got weak knees and I've been told not to jog anymore. However, I'd still like to keep fit. I've been swimming regularly. Just wondering if swimming still places pressure on the knees? Because when u're underwater, each time you "kick", aren't you also placing pressure on the knees?

There was a 2 year old who was excited about her first day of taking a bath & not being washed in the sink. So, she asked "Mommy. I gonna take a 'baf' with you?" (She tried to say bath.) The mother said "Yes honey. Of course... but as long as you don't look down." The twin nodded her head.
A couple minutes into the bath time, the little one had dropped the soap and looked down to retrieve it. The mother hadn't noticed until she had said "Mommy. What that curly stuff in the tub? It look weird." Out of worry, the mother said "Oh... uh... its a garden sweety." The child said "Okay."
The next day, the kid took a bath with the father as the father said the same as the mother. The kid once again dropped the soap & asked "Daddy. What that long thing? It scary." The father, shocked, said it was a snake.
Later, the girl climbed in bed with mommy & daddy. When she awoke, she felt movement under the covers. So, curiously, she asked "Mommy. Why is daddy's snake in your garden?"

We are getting him all the help my vet can offer... He gets Metacalm drops for the pain/to stop spasms and Cystease capsules for the PH balance, as well as a special urinary diet. The tumour takes up 1/3 of his bladder and we've been told he has less than a year to live, as the tumour may have seeded elsewhere.

He seems well and happy, and we take him to the vet at the first signs of any ill health.

Am I really doing all I can, though? The vet does not want to operate, and the expense is already considerable. Any suggestions?

i have a co-worker, shes an older lady.we always get stuck in some way or another with her work.she is the receptionist for retirement and she always seems to get backed up with her work so instead of asking us for help, she will complain to her boss about the workload and also to our boss and it puts a heavy burden on the front counter to take on our work and her work.alot of times she doesnt even do her work, she tends to sit at her desk and have her phone forwarded to the front desk for no reason.when i bring it to her attention, she will say she forgot or that shes not on break.well if you arent on break you should be answering your phone.ive talked to my boss and supv. plenty of times but i dont think her boss cares too much.they have backup for her but they choose to use us.i dont want to go to the director so what else should i do?

I live in Michigan, and it's actually unseasonally warm right now, and when it does get very cold I let my dogs stay inside while I am at work (can't do it all the time, they love to distroy everything I own) so while I am at work (about 8 hrs a day) they are outdoors in a 10x10 covered dog kennel with 2 large, insulated dog houses. My dogs are both lab mixes, one about 45 lbs, and the other about 65 lbs. Any interesting suggestions on how to help them stay warm while I am at work during the day?
