My oldest is going to be 3 years old on Jan. 5th. She came home from daycare really upset. I asked her what was wrong & she said that the teacher told her that she is a nerd & when she is older she will not have any friends in school cause she is "too smart" & noone likes smart kids.
She knows her abc's, counts well, knows shapes, colors & currently learning how to spell & read. Before this they worked with her really well on everything she is learning. I talked to the person in charge of the childcare place & we had a meeting with the teacher she admitted to saying that plus MORE stuff that my daughter did not tell me about. She said sorry & she would not do it anymore & that was enough for the person in charge. It happened again & I went back the person in charge told me maybe it's not the right place for my kids.
I'm a CNA & work wierd hours thats the only childcare place around that works for the hours and shifts that I work. Right now finding another job isn't an option.

I've heard human flesh is grey. I think it would depend which part of the body's inside you were looking at. Muscles are red, fat is yellowish-white, bones are white. Organs are kind of pinkish.

Whenever i try to open a zip file, the screen starts to blink and i have to shut the computer down by pressing the power button to make it stop. This seems to have started after downloading internet explorer 7. How do i fix this problem? Should i go back to IE6?

As I'm reading everyone's problems and questions about love and is he cheating and why is she lying and how can I trust him and all of this, I just want to take a moment and send a little shout-out to all the good men out there. My Boyfriend is amazing! He's awesome, attentive, loving, caring, funny, sweet and brilliant. The place where I rent movies has been calling me and telling me I have late fees when I haven't even rented any movies lately. Come to find out an ex-girlfriend who was never even on the account was renting movies on my account. Apparently the movie place wasn't checking who was on the account or anything but it must have been a big problem lately because they just started checking id's November 1st. My question is what my ex did illegal? Renting movies on someone else's account that you know your not on or is it just the movie places problem?

I filed for divorce over 60 days ago and my lawyer gave me the drawn up papers to give to my husband. He signed them in front of a notary on Nov. 3rd but the notary forgot to change the date and stamped it Oct. 3rd instead. I didn't notice it until I got home. When I hand them to my attorney will he go ahead and set a court date for the divorce to end soon or do you think he'll request I get another copy and have to give them to him all over again? Only reply if you know for sure.
