It was really strange... my arm hurts as if I just did 30 pushups, but it began hurting when I was jogging (which I did before pushups, situps, etc.) Why do you think this is happening? Is something wrong with me? And sometimes, a different muscle hurts than the one I am trying to work out. I don't understand; no one who's watching over me (P.E. teachers, fellow classmates) sees that I'm doing anything wrong. They just wonder how I'm doing situps, and end up with my thighs hurting, or jogging and having my arms hurt? Can someone answer seriously? I'm beginning to think my body's acting a little... weird... Thank you!
